Positioned in the Charlotte, North Carolina area, we operate nationwide, offering three key services: Executive/Niche Search, On-Demand Recruiters, and Talent Process Consulting.

Casey currently serves as Ripple’s CEO & Co-Founder. With her background in talent acquisition and human resources, she understands what’s at the core of the client’s need and always has the customer and candidate experience at the center of all interactions. Casey has partnered with executive leaders across varying industries to understand their talent needs, specifically during transformational times. She has an uncanny ability to understand complex problems and client needs translating them into a productive talent strategy. She is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Casey has a diverse background and has worked in industries ranging from healthcare, education, retail, and financial technology. She brings a passion and energy to all that she does with a strong desire to win, and not only for herself, but for those around her.

Casey received her BS in Business Administration from Appalachian State University. In her free time, you can find her on the lake, spending time outdoors or diving deep into the throes of mindless reading.

Meet Casey Pierce

Meet Jon Pierce

Jon is a Co-Founder and Partner at Ripple Talent. He has a background in building go-to-market and business development teams at leading healthcare technology organizations such as athenahealth, Twilio and Cured Health (acquired by Innovaccer). He brings a tailored, consultative approach to his clients and candidates having been on the business side of the house and in their position.

Throughout his career, he’s worked with start-ups, Fortune 500s, Payers, and Providers positioning enterprise solutions and services while being part of great organizations and teams. He has a friendly and professional approach all while possessing a venturesome attitude to his work ethic and high-energy for the business.

Jon received his BA in Communications and Marketing from Oakland University and his JD from Cooley Law School. There’s nothing outdoors he doesn’t love doing along with spending time with Casey and their friends and family, especially Bruce, their German Shepherd and company mascot.

Meet Dillon Walsh

After a brief career as a teacher and cross-country head coach, Dillon fell into the Talent Acquisition field 11+ years ago and has never looked back. He started his recruiting career at a staffing firm before spending 8+ years in a variety of recruiting and leadership roles within an in-house Talent Acquisition team at a high-growth FinTech company. It was at this FinTech company that Dillon had the opportunity to build and grow high-performing teams, which shaped his perspective on the characteristics that enable teams to reach "unicorn status." 

Dillon brings a thoughtful, creative approach to each search and enjoys building trusted partnerships with both clients and candidates. He prides himself on deeply understanding his clients' and candidates' needs to ensure an excellent long-term fit on both sides. 

Dillon graduated from Virginia Tech. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, running, going to concerts (he highly recommends seeing your favorite band at Red Rocks), rooting on the Hokies, and hanging out with his wife, Alex, and their boys, Arlo and Rooney.

Meet Susan Shelton

Susan is a Talent Acquisition professional with nearly 11 years of experience supporting high-growth companies. She specializes in full-cycle recruiting and has successfully hired across a wide range of skills sets including, but not limited to,  go-to-market roles, Customer Success, Product Marketing, RevOps, Technology, Product, and Customer Experience. She is consistently recognized for building strong partnerships by truly understanding both business needs and candidate motivations.

Throughout her career, Susan has filled more than 1,300 requisitions and helped thousands of professionals advance their careers. She serves as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders, leveraging data, market insight, and practical recruiting strategies to improve hiring outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on quality and candidate experience.

Susan thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to her work. Her goal is to help organizations grow with the right people while creating a hiring process that is thoughtful, transparent, effective, and most of all, fun!

In her free time, she loves to power walk with her family and two dogs, cook, read and play classical guitar. Her favorite place on earth is the mountains of Western Carolina and travels there to hike and just enjoy pristine nature multiple times a year.
